At CR Label and Tag, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with all our products, including labels, tags, strings, bags, and packaging materials. If you receive a defective product or an item that does not match the confirmed specifications, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and a description of the issue. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will process a replacement or refund promptly. CR Label and Tag is not responsible for delays or damages incurred during the return shipping process. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to comply with this return policy.
