Customers will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking details once the order is dispatched. While we take all necessary precautions to ensure safe delivery, Go Elite Tagis not responsible for delays or damages caused by courier services, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances. 

Any discrepancies, lost packages, or damages must be reported to our customer support team within 7 days of delivery for resolution. By placing an order with CR Label and Tag, customers acknowledge and accept these shipping terms, ensuring a smooth and transparent delivery process for all products.

Go Elite Tag – Return Policy

At Go Elite Tag, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with all our products, including labels, tags, strings, bags, and packaging materials. If you receive a defective product or an item that does not match the confirmed specifications, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery. 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and a description of the issue. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. 

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will process a replacement or refund promptly. Go Elite Tag is not responsible for delays or damages incurred during the return shipping process. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to comply with this return policy.
